This is a 29 year old female unhappy with the “tired and baggy” appearnace to her lower eyelids. She underwent bilateral lower eyelid surgery. Also known as blepharoplasty, eyelid surgery removes fat and excess skin from the area around the eyelids. Patients who undergo blepharoplasty generally wind up with eyes that look younger and more alert.
