Dr. Mark Epstein recommended a nose job for this young, 19-year old man. Dr. Epstein saw that the dorsal hump was enlarged and the man’s nose tip had poor projection. Post-operatively, you can see the improved profile, smooth lines and pointier tip. The young man’s face looks more balanced and, as you can see from the upward view, the tip has greatly improved in shape.
