This beautiful 61-year-old woman wanted to discuss ways to get a more youthful appearance. She was unhappy with the area around her neck and jowls. After consulting one of the board certified surgeons at the Austin-Weston Center for Cosmetic Surgery in Reston, VA, she elected to undergo a cheek/neck lift. In additon to the cheek/neck lift, she decided to have lower eyelid surgery with mid-face lift, fat grafting perioral area with dermabrasion, rasping nasal dorsum, and a TCA peel for the brown spots in her face.
