Case Details
This young woman of 35 was bothered by the bump on his nose but happy with the tip of her nose. She required narrowing of the bones with conservative removal of bone and cartilage. This is a nice subtle change. The patient appears to have a naturally attractive nose and not an overly “done ” apearrance.
