Dr. Spittler was born in Cleveland, OH. His medical degree was completed at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine in Rootstown, OH. He completed his general surgery residency at Meridia Huron Hospital, in Cleveland, Ohio and completed his Plastic Surgery Residency at University of Wisconsin Hospitals in Madison, Wisconsin. Dr. Spittler completed a Fellowship in Breast and Cosmetic Surgery at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, DC.
Dr. Spittler is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the John Staige Davis Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Med Chi, Maryland State Medical Society and the Anne Arundel County Medical Society.
