A native of VA, Dr. Laughlin received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia. He completed his general surgery residency at the University of Maryland, School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland and completed his residency in plastic surgery at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA. Dr. Laughlin served as Chief of Surgery at the Anne Arundel Medical Center.
