Dr. Grant L. Carter has been practicing in Southern Utah since 1982 when he founded Southern Utah Women’s Health Center. He is currently the director of Women’s and Children’s Services at Dixie Regional Medical Center. Dr. Carter pioneered laser surgery in Saint George and has been certified in the procedure since 1989. Additionally, he is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the only surgeon in Southern Utah certified to perform the QuickLift Face Lift, having been trained by the procedure’s creator, Dr. Dominic A. Brandy. More recently, Dr. Carter trained in tumescent liposuction with creator Dr. Jeff Klien, Advanced Surgery of the Aging Face at St. Louis University, peri-orbital and midface surgical rejuvenation, and cosmetic breast surgery and advanced abdominoplasty. Dr. Grant L. Carter is licensed in both Utah and Nevada.
