Dr. Greg Buncke is a plastic, hand and microsurgeon and received his B.S. from the University of California at Davis. He received his M.D. from Georgetown University in Washington, DC and his post-graduate residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Stanford University. He also completed a fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery at the Davies Medical Center in San Francisco, where he remains in practice.
Dr. Buncke was a traveling scholar with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and has a Certificate of Added Qualification in Surgery of the Hand. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of several societies, including the American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery, the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, and the American Association of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Buncke serves as the Director of The Buncke Clinic and Plastic Surgery Institute, Chairmen of Plastic Surgery at the California Pacific Medical Center, and Assistant Clinical Professor at Stanford University and the University of California, San Francisco.
